I cannot stress enough how much I LOVE Dr.Jyothi Kankanala. She is the best doctor I have ever met. She is very down to earth, kind, friendly, compassionate, and relate-able! She is very knowledgeable and answers all of my questions before I even get the chance to ask them. She has a wonderful bedside manner and never makes you feel like she is in a hurry. She was the doctor that we chose with my second baby and she went above & beyond in every aspect I could have asked for in a doctor. She followed through with all of our wishes and without any judgement at all. During the entire term of pregnancy, she was very pro-active and her timely guidance helped us a lot like regular scans, medications and various day-to-day suggestions. She tried her best for normal delivery but since the amniotic fluid was very low, we had to go for C-Section.
She ROCKS! I cannot thank her and the hospital staff enough for their wonderful services, prompt decision, and post-operation care. I highly recommend Dr. Jyothi as a wonderful doctor and the hospital as well.

Best Gynecologist in Citizens Hospital. I would recommend all pregnant ladies to Dr. Jyoti. Right from the start of pregnancy till post delivery she has rendered very good service for me. She has lived up to the true meaning of being a doctor. She is very simple, humble, always listens to what you have to tell, gives you enough time, very down to earth and very caring. She makes herself available at all times for her patients. Even in labour she was very supportive and encouraging. Thank you Jyoti for being there for me. I wish all doctors were like you!! I would 100% recommend Dr Jyoti for any pregnant lady in Hyderabad. She is best doctor you can ever get. She is very simple and will make sure your pregnancy go simple and smooth. I was searching for a good doctor like her and we are glad we found her. She is not at all money minded and reaches out to her patients without making them wait for long. She keeps on roaming outside her cabin and keep on calling her patients. Unlike other who prefer to sit in their cabin and make others wait. Very humble lady and doesn’t hesitate to answer any of your question. BEST DOCTOR IN CITIZEN. Absolutely worth of time and money. Doesn’t make you feel nervous or stressed out. We would like to used this virtual space to show our humble gratitude to Dr Jyoti mam, whom we have known for the last two years as a Gynaecologist at Citizen Hospital. To begin with, we were not interested to go for second child due to the complications and problems we had gone through during pregnancy of our first baby. She is the one who instilled full confidence on us to plan for second child and now our dream of having two babies have come true under her guidance, which is of holistic in nature. Extremely good professional and very dedicated, You can really tell that she loves what she does, She is knowledgeble, caring and has the ability to provide comfort to patients under any circumstances. Shell go that extramile with you when needed.

Always available round the clock I just love her and found a truly gifted doctor who listens.

This was my first time delivering a child. Dr.Jyoti Madam has been my gyno during my pregnancy and helped me deliver my baby normally even though I was suffering with sickle cell condition, She was sensitive toward my concern and always ensured that me and my baby are alright. I’m really thankful to her.

I feel very comfortable with her. She has best bedside manner of any doctor I have ever been to. She tries her best to put you at ease. I will never switch gyno. as long as she Is there. Highly recommend her.

I stay close to citizens hospital and started consulting Dr. Jyothi right from the beginning of my pregnancy through the end of the term. She has a rich experience cf handling cases outside India and has indepth knowledge in her field. She goes through all the reports carefully and explains patiently. I had wonderful experience with Jyoti ma’am. She is very much care taking and pays attention to the smallest detail. Towards the end of my pregnancy I had few issues and she was with me lot of time monitoring and delivering the baby safely. She is very much compliant to the process. She herself reads the ultrasound scans so it will be easy to correlate. She is also expert in foetus related.

Me and my husband were so thankful to Dr.Jyothi for her excellent service and care. We met DrJyothi for Famdy planning operation. I was so Recommend nervous because of complications involved PCOD, family history. etc..

Dr Jyotl was very patient In listening all my Issues and came up with different options. She explained all options clearly and mentioned pies and cons of each.

and asked us to take enough time and decide. She never hesitated in answering whatever small questions we have.

Finally we went with Laproscopec Tubectomy. We got clear instructions on pie and post hospitalization and Operation was successful.

As a working women with 35yrs old I was in a big dilemma to go for 2nd kid or not. In that situation I have consulted Dr. Jyoti to take her opinion. She explained pros and cons and then asked me to go through all the needy medical tests before planning. With that first discussion I have decided to continue with her. As all the medical tests are —ye, she has suggested me to start with folic acid . Meanwhile I have consulted her to get my mom checked and she has routed to appropriate doctor for her problem. With these am seeing Dr.Jyoti is very friendly and good adviser.

After I have conceived, due to fib4-oid I was under special medical care and continuous observation. By considering my age and fibroid she has taken precautionary action in each and every step. Still gestational diabetic has popped up and she immediately advised me to consult Dr.Sandeep, he is equally good. The best advice was to walk after each food along with low dosage medicine. With all the precautionary medicines and advices, my pregnancy was smooth and I used to handle my 8yrs old first kid ,office and my routine house chores.

I got contractions when was 37weeks and consulted her and immediately she has arranged for C-Section and there are no words to express the way Dr.Jyoti has taken care. Gastric trouble has raised on the 2nd day of delivery ,which was unbearable. DrJyoti has attended immediately and given me needy medicines and advised on diet. One more important thing was she was prompt on time throughout my consultations.

It’s been 8 months that I have delivered till now I don’t see any complications or uncomfortable. Now I can proudly say she became our family doctor.

I strongly recommend Dr.Jyoti.

I would like to convey that the Jxenatal,antenatal ,Iabour care by DR Jyoti kankanala was exceflent,the time I saved all scans at one place by done by her including NTTiff a and all care. Labour trial was given and I being gynae nurse but still was infoimed evecything in detail,the postnatal care by obg staff was too good about breastfeeding .the physiotherapy1dieticians advice was also good. overall would recommend citizens for safe deliveries and easy postnatal care.

Lat This was during my second pregnancy. I used to consult a doctor at Mehdipatnam. During my 3rd month there was an emergency situation and citizen hospital being close to our residence we came here.

Here I met Dr. Jyoti. The moment she saw me she realized I was tensed. She took good care of me and spoke well. We decided to continue with her for the remaining trimesters.

After 37 weeks I got admitted in the hospital on Friday evening. She was available all through the night. Next day morning I was taken to the labor room and she was constantly with me speaking to me, motivating me and taking good care of me. Finally our baby boy was born.

My husband, I end my family members are really thankful to Dr. Jyoti and we will definitely recommend her to our friends and colleagues.

I was patient of Dr Srilata Gorti when 3 months pregnant. During fifth month tiffs scan report showed cervix length very short and could lead to miscarriage. Dr Srilata was out of city and she Immediately called me to meet Dr. Jyothi kanakale on Nov 24, 2014 and get the stitch done Immediately. She mentioned that Dr. Jyothi is one of the best Docter with good experience in critical cases and mark her words with trust, YES indeed found Dr Jyoti very knowledgable, caring and friendly to her patients. I am so blessed to have such a Docter who treated me so well and made me feel confident to pass on rest of the months of pregnancy. Dr Srilatha mentioned that I am in safe hands and can continue with Dr Jyoti and she was right and my second experience was again critical on March 8 2015, knew I am going through tough time but one call to Dr Jyothi boosted my confidence. Before I reached citizens hospital she arranged her staff fo operation and as We reached hospital after seeing my condftion and baby she immediately rushed me to operation theatre not minding about formalities, for her safety of baby and mother was priority and she proved the BEST again in saving me and my lovely daughter.

I am a patient who visited Citizens Hospital at Nallagandla for Listening my second pregnancy in Sept 2014. I consulted Dr Jyoti Kankan&a as she was available at that time. I decided to continue my entire span of pregnancy with her during my first Recommend consultation itself as I found her very knowledgeable yet down to earth and friendly.

During monthly visits and scans she was very patient to listen to all my woe. and answered my queries.

When things didnt go as planned and my BP shooted up( a term called Preeclamp.ie), she tried a lot to control my bp. But, thanks to her, she noticed that the baby wasnt moving and it was time to go for a LSCS immediately. At 33 weeks GA I delivered a baby boy.

I cannot thank her and the hospital staff enough for their prompt decision and post-op care. I recommend her and the hospital.

I am writing this review with the intent that it may help you in your search for best doctor for pregnancy related case I went to Dr Jyoti when my wife was in her second trimester of pregnancy. Before that I was getting check-up from another hospital. The reason why I switched to Dr Jyoti was I wanted a doctor who could give personal attention and who is more approachable in times of need. Since Citizen Hospital was close to my residence, I went there and met Dr Jyoti. And I must say that I was totally impressed with her gentle nature and the way she answered all our question3. She handled the case very well, was always reachable, and used to turn-up in hospital in very short notice of time. She s very knowledgeable yet very down to earth, During the entire term of pregnancy, she was very pro-active and her timely guidance helped us a lot (be it regular scans, medications end various day-to-day suggestions). She tried for normal delivery but since the baby cord was round the neck, we had to go for operation. She managed the operations very well and thankfully my wife is recovering fast I am very happy and sincerely thank god for showing us the path and entrusting us in the safe hands of Dr Jyoti.
