Dr Pathak completed his MBBS at Dr Shankarrao Chavan Govt. Medical College, Nanded, followed by an MS in General Surgery from Govt. Medical College, Aurangabad. His pursuit of excellence led him to achieve a coveted MCh in Neurosurgery with a Gold medal distinction from Dr Ram Manohar Lohia Institute of Medical Sciences, Lucknow, UP.
Throughout his illustrious career, Dr Pathak has garnered extensive clinical and surgical experience in managing a wide spectrum of neurological diseases. Notably, he received training at one of India's leading hybrid neurosurgery institutes, where he acquired expertise in both open surgery and endovascular interventions.

He served as a Speciality Medical Officer at Dr Rajiv Gandhi Municipal Hospital, Pune, followed by a tenure as an Assistant Professor of General Surgery at BJ Medical College, Pune.
