Designing diets for the patients in the hospital. Developing SOPs for Central kitchen and overall dietary services of Hospital. Meeting and Counselling Out Patients both in AOI and Citizens.
Planning diet for patients on NG, JJ feeds in acute and other wards, daily rounds to acute wards and preparing the diet for all the patients in acute care in consultation with the consultant and intensivist.
Planning Total Parenteral Nutrition TPN in consultation with the Referral doctors. Conducting sessions for junior dietitian/ Nurses on monthly or bimonthly basis.
Overall supervision of inpatient dietary services and supervising and assessing the junior dietitian’s work and providing appropriate support and guidance on a daily basis.
Finalizing Menu for inpatients, and establishing and checking quality food services through protocols/ SOPs developed for F & B.
Conducting camps and conducting session in offices, communities and other media platforms as a part of our organisation’s social commitment initiatives.
